The building is on Broadway between Duane Street and Thomas Street in the Downtown/Tribeca section of Manhattan, just a few blocks from City Hall and the state and federal courthouses. We are conveniently located within a few blocks of the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, A, C, J, Z, N, R and PATH trains and several bus lines.

By Subway

Take the A or C train to the Chambers Street. Walk East on Chambers one block to Broadway. Turn left on Broadway and walk North approximately two blocks.

Take the 1, 2 or 3 train to the Chambers Street. Walk East on Chambers Street two blocks to Broadway. Turn left on Broadway and walk North approximately two blocks.

Take the 4, 5 or 6 train to Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall. Walk West on Chambers Street one block to Broadway. Cross Broadway, turn right on Broadway and walk North approximately two blocks.

Take the J or Z train to Chambers Street Station. Walk West on Chambers Street one block to Broadway. Cross Broadway, turn right on Broadway and walk North approximately two blocks.

Take the N or R train to City Hall Station. Walk North on Broadway approximately three blocks.

Take the PATH train to Word Trade Center. Walk North on Church Street approximately four blocks to Chambers. Turn right on Chambers and walk East one block to Broadway. Turn left on Broadway and walk North approximately two blocks.

By Bus

The building is easily accessible by several bus lines including the M5, M22, X1, X10, X11, X12, X17, X19, X27, X28 and 120 bus lines. Please check with the MTA or New Jersey Transit for schedules.

By Taxi

Ask the driver to take you to the corner of Broadway and Duane Street. The building, 305 Broadway, is a half block North of Duane Street. During rush hour allow for travel time of at least 40 minutes from midtown or LaGuardia airport, and one and one-quarter hours from JFK International or Newark airports.

By Car

There are several parking facilities nearby including on (1) Leonard Street between Church and Broadway, (2) Duane Street between Church and Broadway and (3) Worth Street between Broadway and Lafayette. Directions to 305 Broadway by car are as follows:

From West Side Highway:

Take Canal Street Exit to the left. Turn right on Broadway. Building is approximately six blocks South.

From FDR Drive:

Merge onto East River Drive. Take Exit 2 toward Manhattan Civic Center. Turn right at Pearl Street. Continue onto St. James Place. Turn left at Chatham Square/St. James Place. This turns slightly left and becomes Worth Street. Turn left at Broadway. Building is just over a block South.

From Long Island Expressway and BQE:

Take Williamsburg Bridge into Manhattan. Continue West on Delancey Street. Turn left at Chrystie Street. Take first right onto Broome Street. Turn left at Broadway. Building is approximately nine blocks South.

From Brooklyn Bridge:

Take Centre St. N exit toward Chambers Street. Turn right at Centre Street. Turn left at Worth Street. Take second left onto Broadway. Building is just over a block South.

From Brooklyn Battery Tunnel:

Take slight left at Trinity Place. Continue North on Church Street. Turn Right at Worth Street. Take first Right on Broadway. Building is just over a block south.
